Job Summary

Terrybear is looking for a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to support our daily warehouse operations and ensure orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role is a key part of delivering a high-quality experience to our customers through strong attention to detail and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders (ground, air, and freight)
• Process shipments using ERP systems, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager
• Prepare pallets and assist with truck shipments
• Handle international shipments, including documentation and labeling
• Create bills of lading and shipping paperwork

Inventory & Receiving

• Unload incoming shipments and verify accuracy
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
• Maintain accurate labeling and inventory organization
• Support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse processes

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with warehouse and cross-functional teams to meet daily goals
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of warehouse experience
• Two or more years of experience operating standup forklifts preferred

Expectations

• Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
• On-site role – position is required to work on-site 100% of the time.

Tools & Equipment You’ll Use

• ERP systems, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager
• Forklifts, pallet jacks, banders, and warehouse equipment
• Microsoft Office or similar tools

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• On-site warehouse role (100% in-person)
• Regular standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Work around warehouse equipment and varying temperatures
