Job Summary

Terrybear is looking for an Engraving Specialist to join our Personalization team and help create meaningful, customized products for our customers. In this role, you’ll use rotary, laser, and UV engraving equipment (training provided) to personalize customer orders and product samples while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Personalize products using rotary, laser, and UV engraving technology
• Review and inspect items before and after engraving to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate engraving software and equipment (training provided)
• Support mass customization and finishing work as needed
• Record completed work accurately in production systems
• Provide customer proofs via email when required
• Perform routine equipment care and preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to meet production deadlines
• Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred:

• Experience with engraving or personalization equipment
• Customer service experience

Expectations

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• On-site role – position is required to work on-site 100% of the time.
