Details of Our Peace of Mind Guarantee

While we strive to always uphold our Peace of Mind Guarantee, certain restrictions or exceptions will apply.  See details below:

Quick Ship™ Order Fulfillment (Same Day Shipping):

  • Intended for At Need Orders. Larger orders will require longer processing time.
  • If the order includes engraving or personalization services:
    • Orders are submitted ready to go – proofs approved on MOL or do not require a proof.
    • If a proof is required, proof must be finalized by the 3pm CST/CDT cutoff time.
    • Excludes non-standard or custom engraving requests.
  • Certain product lines (Monumental Memorials, Hobby & Lifestyle, DYOU) require longer processing times and are not included in our Quick Ship™ Order Fulfillment.
  • There are certain busy seasons throughout the year, where our Terrybear and freight carriers (FedEx & UPS) will have limited pickup hours. This is especially common on and immediately following holidays/closures. Same day shipping may not be available on those days.
  • Backordered products will not be shipped same day.

  • Signature SKUs are listed in your Market Guide.
  • If a Signature SKU is out of stock, we will upgrade you to a higher-value product at no additional cost.
  • Out-of-stock SKUs caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., factory closures, port strikes, raw material shortages, or logistics disruptions, or Force majeure situations, including natural disasters or other uncontrollable events, etc.) are not included in this guarantee.

 

1-Year Defect-Free Warranty

Our handcrafted products are created with care and quality in mind. Slight variance in finish is common and reflects the beauty and unique nature of the handcrafting processes.  These are features of handcrafting and are not considered defects. 

If a product experiences a manufacturing defect in functionality, vast finish variation from our marketing materials, or quality issue within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Cremated remains must be removed from products before returning to Terrybear. Contact Terrybear for Return Process.
